Life in software industry in India is pretty fluctuating. Sometimes, you get too much work that you could ever handle and sometimes you crave for any kind of work for long times. Sometimes, managers really bestow you with the most interesting work and sometimes they simply ignore your interests & capabilities and give you the most pathetic work. And this is the reason of sky-high attrition rate in this industry in India. Managers are the real damagers of a developer’s mental and physical health. Those days are not far away when all the developers will go insane and attack the managers’ community to fight for their rights. I am sure Wachowski brothers (who made Matrix Trilogy) will definitely think about this idea. All I want to tell them that don’t forget to pay me the royalties.
